Apex Built Client Agreement

Service & Payment

Apex Built will design, build and host a professional website for the Client for £50 per month with no upfront build fee.

The service has an initial 12-month minimum commitment. After the first 12 months, the £50 monthly subscription will continue until cancelled by the Client.

Hosting and minor website edits are included while the subscription remains active. Major redesigns, additional pages or new functionality may be charged separately and will always be agreed beforehand.

Cancellation

If the Client cancels during the initial 12-month minimum term, the remaining monthly payments within the 12-month commitment will become due.

After the initial 12 months, the Client may cancel at any time without an early cancellation charge.

When the subscription ends, Apex Built's website hosting, management and ongoing services will end and the website will no longer remain live through Apex Built unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

Payments are collected automatically each month. If a payment becomes overdue, Apex Built may suspend the website and associated services until the outstanding payment is made.

Agreement

By accepting below, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms, including the £50/month ongoing subscription and initial 12-month minimum commitment.
